14-15 April, 2015 Center for Evaluation of Scientific, Educational and Social Programs, Institute for Sociology, Psychology and Social Communications of the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, Scientific Ethnosociological School of Professor Volodymyr Yevtukh and Grygoriy Skovoroda Pereyaslav-Khmelnytskyy State Pedagogical University had held the second seminar on the evaluation problematics “Evaluation of Scientific and Educational Programs for National Minorities” under the patronage of Honorary Professor of Public Relations and Communication Moritz Hunzinger (Frankfurt am Main, Germany).

27-29 August 2014 at the lake Svityaz (Volynska Oblast (Region), Ukraine) Center for Evaluation of Scientific-Educational and Social Programs (Kyiv, Ukraine) in cooperation with the Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University, the Institute for Sociology, Psychology and Social Communications of the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, as well as such Polish institutions as International research group “Jagiellonian Cultural Studies (Kraków, Poland)” and Collegium Civitas holded the first in Ukraine innovative seminar “Evaluation of Educational Space”.

In the seminar around 50 leading Ukrainian and foreign scientists, evaluation experts, leaders of educational NGOs, entrepreneurs, journalists, educational innovators in particular: well-known Polish expert on evaluation, doctor of Sociological Sciences, professor of the Jagiellonian University Leszek Korporowicz, well-known German Honorary Professor of Public Relations and Communication Moritz Hunzinger (mh@hunzinger.de (2014)), well-known German publisher Mihael Ruiss, well-known Ukrainian scientist professor Volodymyr Yevtukh, as well as the representative of the most famous Polish private scientific institution Collegium Civitas Andrzej Zybała took part.

In the evaluation context the concepts of the first in Ukraine scientific journal “Evaluation”, scientific-educational project “Ethnoencyclopedia”, contextual learning textbook “Ethnosociology”, International Master’s Degree Programme of Tertiary and Adult Education (the University of Latvia / the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University) were represented.

On the evening meeting the certificates, as well as the awards of professor Moritz Hunzinger and the Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University were handed.
